OUR EXECUTIVE TEAM
CARLOS LOPEZ – PRESIDENT
As president of the company, I oversee the estimating and project management team and all aspects of the field. Most days, I go out on the field early in the morning to meet with clients and the field team while managing projects.
My greatest strength within this industry is my broad knowledge of plumbing and the patience and dedication I put into training our foreman, crew, and superintendents. With 28 years of experience in plumbing, I’ve dedicated my work to learning the ins and outs to ensure I meet our client’s needs.
CARLA LOPEZ – VICE PRESIDENT
My role as vice president comes with many responsibilities, such as managing the operational aspect of the company, supporting the field, and overseeing the company’s finances. I always begin my day by meeting with my team to ensure we exceed clients’ expectations daily.
Determination is a skill I take pride in. I’m very committed to what I do; whether I am coaching or helping to develop my team’s skills, I always dedicate myself to the people I work alongside to ensure we accomplish our goals as a team.
TONY NOGUEIRA – CHIEF LEAD ESTIMATOR
With over 20 years of experience, my role as a chief lead estimator is to oversee the estimating department and process projects bid and awarded. A typical day at work consists of reviewing project plans and specifications, analyzing alternate methods to determine the most economically friendly alternative, and managing and coordinating our resources to perform estimating functions.
Something that sets me apart when it comes to estimating is the first-hand experience that allowed me to understand how a project is put together. This experience helped me detect which areas can cause estimate issues and allowed me to work with talented people throughout the years.
